Charlie Sheen's daughter Sami reveals her new 'dream' cosmetic procedure

Sami Sheen is embracing a new chapter of self-confidence — one cosmetic procedure at a time. The 20-year-old daughter of actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards took to TikTok to share her journey with scarless nose rhinoplasty, a move that has her smiling from ear to ear.
On Tuesday, August 13, Sami posted a heartfelt slideshow that documented her transformation. "I've wanted a nose job for the past five years," the OnlyFans model explained in her post. "I would have to photoshop every single photo i took because it photographed horribly 😭." She went on to say, "So in June, I booked my surgery with Dr. Dugar!! He was the 3rd surgeon i met with and i immediately knew i wanted him to be the one to operate on me."
The procedure was a success, leaving Sami with little more than mild nausea from anesthesia — a small price for the joy of seeing her new reflection. "Surgery went amazing & way quicker than I thought!!" she said in a post-op update. Wrapping up her slideshow, she shared a picture of her new snout after day two of recovery. "I already feel like a new woman and im so so happy i finally got my dream nose🥰🎀."
Taking to Instagram, the socialite posted pictures of her newly minted nose, with the caption: "she's back 💋". Fans raced to the comments, showering Sami with love and admiration for her new look.

This isn't the social media star's first foray into cosmetic enhancements. Just nine months prior, she underwent breast augmentation, a decision that prompted mixed feelings from her mom. "I'm trying to talk her out of it," the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills icon revealed to Bustleahead of her daughter's appointment under the knife, "because, and the reason why I'm getting them out, is I didn't know how toxic when I was 19." Denise added, "It's not an easy surgery. It's painful!"
