This wedding design was inspired by the magic of fall in the Colorado mountains—where golden aspens meet crisp alpine air—and layered with unexpected, modern touches.

Food was intentionally crafted to feel heartfelt and communal, beginning with a warm and welcoming cocktail hour. Guests enjoyed an array of flavorful bites, including crowd-favorite bison sliders made with locally sourced bison from the wedding venue—a meaningful touch that brought Colorado’s spirit directly to the table. Dinner continued the theme of connection with a beautifully curated family-style meal featuring perfectly roasted beef tenderloin and fresh Colorado trout, encouraging conversation to flow as naturally as the evening itself. The bar became a standout moment of the night, offering signature “his and hers” cocktails that reflected the couple’s personalities. And in a heartfelt nod to their beloved dog, Basher, a custom cocktail in his honor added a playful and personal twist. Every taste—from the first bite to the final sip—was designed to tell a story and bring guests together.

Guests were welcomed into a space draped in soft, flowing fabric that added warmth and movement, echoing the way autumn light filters through the trees. A glowing mountain-shaped seating chart set the tone for the night, illuminating each guest’s place with a sense of adventure. Playful nods to the couple’s love of skiing were woven throughout the celebration: gondola-style escort cards guided guests to “ride” their way to their tables, and the chuppah was artfully constructed with skis, blending sentiment with the rugged spirit of the Rockies. As the evening unfolded, an LED dance floor brought a vibrant contrast to the natural palette—transforming the mountain-inspired setting into an unforgettable party under the stars. A perfect balance of Colorado charm, personal storytelling, and elevated design.

[field title=”Wedding Cake”]Rather than a traditional tiered cake, our couple chose an array of playful mini desserts that encouraged guests to sample, mingle, and indulge. They shared a small ceremonial cake cutting of their own—but it was the surprise that followed that truly captivated everyone in the room.
To honor the bride’s parents on their 40th wedding anniversary, we unveiled a specially crafted cake just for them. As guests looked on, they recreated their original cake-cutting moment from four decades earlier, hand in hand, just as they had on their wedding day. It was a heartfelt, nostalgic highlight—one that beautifully tied together generations of love and celebration.
