It’s Giving Vogue, a Stunning Wedding in Umbria, Italy

Food & Drink

The food and drink experience was incredible and a unique experience. The chef actually came to New York to do some R&D, and Sarah and Adrian had a chance to meet him in person. They then went for their tasting in September 2024, and were absolutely blown away by the food. For the wedding they featured a truffle risotto with roasted leeks and a dusting of olive powder, parmesan stuffed tortello with sweet potato cream and fresh pear, and a choice of braised short rib, Salmon a l’oseille, or eggplant parmigiana. Everyone raved about the food the day of the wedding. It was not only delicious, but the presentation and service were magnificent.

Florals & Decor

The gorgeous florals were designed by Rebecca with Bird and Bumble. They worked closely with her to create a spectacular design that embraced the surroundings of the venue. They did not want to compete with the beauty and romantic charm that already existed. They had a stunning chuppah with a backdrop of the panorama of Assisi, and decided to feature serpentine table designs to give the dinner area movement and softness. The tablescapes were filled with candle light, texture, flora and fauna.

Wedding Cake

They chose do the live show cooking of the traditional, Italian Millefoglie. It was the kick off to their epic party with a DJ, Saxophone, and cold sparks. It was such a vibe, and the saxophonist then accompanied everybody in the party room.
